Ehud Marom served in various senior positions, including VP of two divisions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, and stood at the head of the Copaxone global operation team. As the President of Peptor, he led the pharmaceutical development of the innovative diabetes product DiaPep. Mr. Marom served as CEO of Gamida Cell and as CEO of Makhteshim, and currently serves also as the chairman of Pharma Two B. |

Dr. David Leonov gained extensive experience in chemistry, API and development of generic products; formerly at Teva, holding senior research positions, and later at Makhteshim-Agan, where he served as the group’s Chief Scientist. |

Dr. Shai Rubnov, VP R&D
Dr. Shai Rubnov joined Mapi Pharma in 2009 as vice president of R&D. Prior to joining Mapi, Dr. Rubnov served as Head of CMC, quality assurance and regulatory affairs in NasVax LTD, and as Director of CMC at DeveloGen, a German-Israeli biotechnology company, where he gained extensive experience in investigational new drug development and medicinal chemistry. |

Dr. Nadav Bleich Kimelman
Depot Formulation Team Leader
Dr. Nadav Bleich Kimelman (Ph.D., D.M.D) serve as the head of Formulations team in Mapi Pharma Group. Nadav has gained his Dentist diploma and his Ph.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is the author and co-author of 17 scientific publications and has extensive scientific experience in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. Nadav is implementing his multidisciplinary education and his clinical and scientific experience in promoting Mapi's Depot formulations products line.

Dr. Susanna Tchilibon, Head of Synthetic Lab
Dr. Susanna Tchilibon joined Mapi-Pharma in 2009 as the head of the Synthetic Lab. Dr. Tchilibon received her M.Sc. in Chemistry Summa cum Laude from the Universita’ degli studi di Milano, Italy and her Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Prior to joining Mapi, Dr. Tchilibon worked at Insight Biopharmaceuticals and completed her post-doctoral work at the National Institute of Health (NIH) Bethesda, at which she published ten papers and a patent.

Dr. Sascha Redder, Mapi Germany
Dr. Sascha Redder joined Mapi Pharma in 2010 as Lab Leader of the Pharma Lab. Dr. Redder earned his Ph.D from the University of Essen, during which he was involved in the development of several new drug products for major pharmaceutical companies, and gained extensive experience in analytical chemistry and in the development of final dosage forms. |
